Who We Are

James is the Principal of Redfish Engineering and a professional engineer specializing in stream restoration, flood risk management, dam removal, and dam safety.

 Emily is a professional engineer experienced in hydrologic and hydraulic modeling, channel and floodplain restoration, dam safety, and ecological enhancement.

 Dana is a former fisheries biologist who now works as a hydrologist and designer, supporting stream restoration, habitat connectivity, fluvial geomorphology, and flood mitigation.

Rick is a senior advising engineer who brings 45 years’ experience in stormwater, flood risk management, and dam safety to each of Redfish’s clients. 

Copley is the Office Shepherd  and has extensive paws-on experience supervising, coordinating, and herding teams and projects.
